“Just Be Yourself” – in conversation with the staff of Patagonia Camp, Chile

Early in 2026 Simon and Nicola travelled on two different trips to Patagonia Camp and there – at this extraordinary hotel set in 34,000 hectares bordering Torres del Paine National Park – met some of the great people that make this hotel so successful.

As well as recognising the powerful human story – los queridos Chilenos trabajando con orgullo al sur! – this is also a homage to a fascinating, superbly run remote hotel ecosystem. Earlier this year Patagonia Camp gained certification by ‘Great Place to Work’ and just a month ago took the coveted Number One Spot in South America, and Second Worldwide, in the All-Inclusive category for Trip Advisor, the only Chilean hotel on the global list!
