Privacy & Data Protection

Senderos Ltd is a UK-based B to B sales, marketing and PR agency working with tour operators, press, and travel industry contacts on behalf of our lodge and expedition partners in Latin America.

**What data we hold** In the course of our work we hold business contact details — names, job titles, email addresses, and phone numbers — for the tour operators, journalists, and industry contacts we work with. We do not collect or hold personal data beyond what’s needed to maintain these professional relationships.

**Why we hold it** We use this information to communicate about our partner lodges and vessels, share press and trade materials, coordinate events, and manage ongoing business relationships. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest — processing that’s proportionate to, and expected within, normal B2B industry relationships.

**Who we share it with** We may share relevant contact details with our lodge partners where this supports a specific enquiry or booking (for example, passing a press contact to a partner for a press trip or a tour operator for a familiarisation trip). We do not sell or pass on data for unrelated marketing purposes.

**How long we keep it** We keep contact details for as long as the business relationship is active, and periodically review and remove details that are no longer relevant.

**Your rights** You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to remove it. To do so, or if you have any concern about how we’ve handled your data, contact [email protected] and we will acknowledge your request within 30 days and respond as soon as possible thereafter.
